The day begins with a rich international breakfast, served in the air-conditioned breakfast room, which directly overlooks the garden with swimming pool. Breakfast offers a wide range of fresh, high-quality products, from sweet to savory. You can enjoy cold cuts, jams, honey, fresh fruit, various types of bread and a selection of croissants and desserts, all prepared by our pastry chef. There is no shortage of eggs, freshly cooked according to each guest's preferences. For those looking for a healthier option, there is also a corner dedicated to organic products.
Lunch and dinner with sea view: try our Romagna delights
For lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers you an ever-different menu, with dishes ranging from Romagna tradition to more innovative creations. Fresh pasta and pastries are our specialties, to be enjoyed in the restaurant, with view on beach and the swimming pool. We also offer vegetarian options, meat and fish dishes, as well as dedicated menus for celiacs and people with food intolerances and allergies. All accompanied by an extensive list of wines, selected to best enhance and accompany each dish.
¾ board: for the right energetic balance
For our cycling guests, we offer the 3/4 board, which includes an energy breakfast, dinner in our restaurant and a light lunch, buffet refreshments in the bike room, upon returning from training. This service is designed to offer the right combination of nourishment and recovery after a day of physical activity, with light but flavorful dishes, prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients.
